The dedicated insulated joint for natural gas pipelines features an injection-molded housing that secures two metal inserts within it. The contact areas between the metal inserts and the housing are designed with trapezoidal grooves and curved structures. During the injection molding process, the trapezoidal grooves facilitate the complete filling of molten plastic, ensuring not only effective insulation but also enhanced stability and reliability during operation, along with extended service life. This joint is compatible with various gas sources including natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, and biogas.
Patented product, Patent Authorization No. ZL2023233839426.
Fully thickened brass interfaces with 1/2" internal and external threaded connections to prevent detachment risks.
Features high toughness,excellent insulation,long service life, and strong flame-retardant properties.
Eliminates electrostatic interconnection, ensuring safety and leakage prevention;
Traceable through "product batch numbers" for effective quality assurance;
Product performance complies with SY/T0516-2016 "Technical Specification for Insulating Joints and Insulating Flanges," and has passed testing by the National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology.
1/2" Internal and External Thread Connection.
Avoid over-tightening, as this may damage the threads, compromising the seal or even causing leakage due to thread failure.
This product features a 1/2 inch internal thread (female) on one end and a 1/2 inch external thread (male) on the other. Before installation, shut off the gas supply. Using appropriate tools, connect the internal thread end to the gas inlet port of the appliance. Connect the external thread end to a corrugated stainless steel gas hose. After connections are made, turn on the gas supply. Only after confirming there are no gas leaks by using a gas detector or a soapy water test should the appliance be put into use.
