RTO Network Router

1. Product Overview

The GKB-RT0 network router is a product designed by our company for the remote monitoring of gas pipeline network equipment. It features easy on- site installation and user-friendly operation, facilitating real-time data transmission and processing for data centers. This product addresses the challenges associated with traditional wired communication, such as cabling and maintenance, thereby improving work efficiency and service quality.

• Wireless Transmission: Featuring 4G data transmission, enabling long-distance, high-speed, and high-quality data transmission control.

• Diversified Data Transmission: Supports Type-C, Wi-Fi, VPN remote internet access, and program downloading. Enables synchronous data transmission to multiple remote data centers and supports conversion between wireless and wired signals.

Product Features:

• Model GKB-4GRTO supports wide-range power supply (DC 9-24V).

• Two RS485 interfaces with standard MODBUS-RTU protocol, supporting function codes 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, and 15.

• Supports internet connectivity and program download via TYPE-C.

• Supports internet connectivity and program download via Wi-Fi.

• Supports remote internet access and program download via VPN.

• Supports battery-powered operation with main and backup power supply.

• Supports wireless-to-wired signal conversion.

Product Features:

4. Installation Steps

1) Preparation  

• Ensure the gas meter is properly installed and there are no leaks in the pipeline.  

• Verify that the data acquisition device is functioning correctly.  

2) Installation Method  

• Connect the signal cable to the corresponding terminal.  

• Check whether data transmission is normal.

5. Precautions

1. Prohibited Unauthorized Disassembly: The GKB-RT0 must only be disassembled by authorized personnel from the gas company using specialized tools after installation. Unauthorized operations may result in data transmission errors and trigger alarms.

2. Abnormality Handling: If no data is uploaded or abnormal data is detected, immediately check whether the GKB-RT0 is intact.

3. Regular Inspection: Users are advised to perform a monthly visual inspection to ensure the GKB-RT0 remains intact.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Service

• This product shall be exclusively installed and maintained by the gas company. Free replacement is provided for non-human-induced damages.

• Unauthorized tampering will result in liability for repair costs and legal consequences
