WEM
WEIDU
WEM Volume Corrector is an intelligent secondary instrument for pulse-output gas flow meters (turbine, rotary, vortex, etc.). Featuring high-precision digital sensors, it displays on-site pressure and temperature and converts operating volume to standard condition volume. With multiple signal outputs for system integration, it offers advanced domestic technology—ideal for city gas, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgical applications.
Utilizes advanced microcomputer technology and high-performance integrated chips, delivering powerful functionality and superior performance.
Features surface-mount technology (SMT) in circuit design, offering compact structure, strong anti-interference capability, and high reliability.
Built-in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors for a more compact design.
Equipped with self-diagnosis and alarm functions for high reliability. An LCD display ensures clear, intuitive reading and user-friendly operation.
Includes a built-in real-time database to prevent data loss during battery replacement or sudden power failure. Internal parameters are permanently stored even during power outages, preserving user settings, manufacturer parameters, and certain historical records.
High-contrast LCD display shows date, standardized total flow, standardized instantaneous flow, medium temperature, and pressure values.
Measures gas temperature, pressure, and flow rate with automatic flow tracking compensation and compressibility factor correction. Displays cumulative gas volume flow at standard conditions (PN = 101.325 kPa, Tn = 293.15 K) (intelligent model only). Supports NX19, SGERG-88, and AGA8-92 compressibility calculations.
Allows multi-segment meter coefficient setting and automatic correction.
Self-diagnosis for pressure and temperature sensor faults (smart models only), displayed directly on the LCD. In case of sensor failure indicated by "flashing," the flow totalizer automatically switches to predefined pressure or temperature values for correction, ensuring mutual benefits.
Designed with anti-magnetic interference and tamper-proof features for enhanced security and theft prevention.
