 Overview

WT series gas turbine flowmeter is a kind of precision measuring instrument with high precision and high reliability. It is suitable for the measurement of all kinds of single-phase gas, applied to the measurement of gas in urban gas, petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries. WT series gas turbine flowmeters have excellent low and high pressure metering performance, suitable for the accurate measurement of large flow gas.

Depending on the customer's needs, we can provide different accuracy levels and different performance of the turbine flowmeter. WTE gas turbine flowmeter is equipped with a gas volume corrector. The WTD gas turbine flowmeter meets the customer's observational needs better and is more straightforward and simpler to use than a conventional flowmeter with a single display of data.

| Characteristics

1. High precision, good repeatability, wide range ratio (up to 1:20).

2. Using integrated rectifier, the front and rear straight pipe section requirements are lower (front ≥2DN, rear ≥1DN).

3. The volume correction instrument of the flowmeter can be freely rotated about 360°, which can be easily read in various installation modes.

4. Low speed, high life, low pressure loss, high precision.

5. High precision digital temperature sensor and digital pressure sensor, and the digital pressure sensor with temperature compensation correction function, high pressure detection accuracy, good long-term stability, small temperature drift.

6. It can automatically detect the temperature and pressure value of the medium, and modify the temperature, pressure and compression factor, and convert the volume flow and total volume flow under the working condition to the standard state.

7. Using advanced micro-power high technology, low power consumption, long-term power supply with internal battery.

8. Using large capacity data storage, with data tamper-proof function, automatically record the modification of key data and historical data.

9. Real-time data storage to prevent data loss during battery replacement or power failure, internal parameters can be permanently saved in case of power failure.

10. It can be embedded with 4G or NB wireless module to form various forms of wireless meter reading system. It is convenient and practical to realize a limited number of wireless transmissions (once a day) through the built-in battery power supply without the need of external power supply, or to realize an unlimited number of data transmissions through the external power supply.

 Operating Principle

When the fluid passes the flowmeter, it is rectified and accelerated under the action of the leading fluid (or rectifier). As the flow direction of the blade and the fluid is at a certain Angle, the turbine generates rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and the fluid resistance moment, the turbine starts to rotate. In a certain flow range, the angular velocity of turbine rotation is approximately proportional to the volume flow of fluid.

• Drive the mechanical counter through the mechanical structure.

• According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the magnetic sensor is used to induce a pulse signal proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid from the synchronous rotation of the signal plate, and the signal is sent to the volume correction instrument, and the temperature, pressure and other signals are processed together, respectively displayed on the display screen. Its structure is shown in FIG.1.

1. In its specified flow range and working conditions, the accuracy level of the flowmeter is 1.0 and 1.5:

   Level  1.0: 0.2Q_max～Q_max: ±1.0%; Q_min～0.2Q_max: ±2.0%

   Level  1.5: 0.2Q_max～Q_max: ±1.5%; Q_min～0.2Q_max: ±3.0%

2. Temperature indication error: ≤±0.5℃

3. Pressure indication error: ≤±0.2%

 Overall Dimensions and Installation

The dimensions of the flowmeter are shown in the FIG.3 below, and the dimensions are listed in Table 2. The flowmeter adopts a flange connection mode, and the size of the flowmeter complies with GB/T9119-2010.
